For existing support customers

Book your 30-minute IT catch-up

Optional monthly 30-minute catch-ups are included in ongoing business and charity support. They give you dedicated time with our team to review your IT and plan ahead.

Discuss staff, office or equipment changes, upcoming projects, current services, security, Cyber Essentials, data protection, Microsoft 365, AI, automation or feedback.

Choose a time that suits you

Select the 30-minute online “IT support” appointment. You can choose a team member or leave the staff selection as “Anyone”.

Prefer a reminder? Email support@comptechits.co.uk to ask our team for monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual reminders. Meetings are entirely optional.

Choose course progress storage, CompTech analytics and external security tools independently. The courses still work in the current session when storage is off. All optional categories start off.

Remembers this privacy selection for about six months so the site does not repeatedly ask.

Always active

Functional course progress

Saves screens viewed, completed activities and active learning time between visits. It never stores the learner's name or email.

Analytics

Allows Google Analytics to measure visits on our production website. We exclude course pages and never send form contents or learner information.

External security tools

Allows the domain scanner and phishing link checker on their resource pages. The external provider receives submitted domains or links and technical browser information. Its embeds may use cookies and analytics independently of CompTech analytics, including on previews. Turning this off unloads the tools; it cannot delete data or cookies already held by the provider.

Email breach checker

Loads an external checker using Have I Been Pwned data. The provider receives technical browser information and the email address or phone number you submit. Its service may use cookies. This is separate from the other tools and CompTech analytics. Turning this off unloads the checker but cannot delete data already received by the provider.
